Background Info
According to the research, the emoji is from a country called Xixia in what is now northwest China. They created these emoticons to communicate and express emotions, which is an important form of communication.
The Western Xia Dynasty (1930 - 2030) was a dynasty founded by the Dangxiang people in northwest China in Chinese history and called itself the "Great White and High Kingdom". Because it is in the northwest, it is called the Western Xia Dynasty.
Each of the different emoticons had its own number, which was typed into a 'keyboard' using an electronic technology called a 'computer', just like the home page.
Of course, the Tangut people also borrowed words and symbols from other dynasties when creating emoticons.
